“Why Coaching for Your Employees is a Good Investment”

Coaching in an an invaluable tool for business owners to develop and sharpen the skillsets of employees.  According to a survey done by the Institute of Coaching, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, around 80% of employees who receive proper coaching results in an exponential growth in both a better attitude and overall  confidence level.  And approximately 70% of them report enhancement of productivity and communication skills.  Also, 86% of the organization’s surveyed report that they have observed a positive change in their employee after being coached.

To run a business effectively, you need to invest in not only infrastructure and marketing but also in human capital. To have a coach available for employees is one of the best ways to do this.  According to other research, the vast majority of leaders in today’s marketplace are seeing the benefits in making their employee a top priority. To grow a business successfully, instead of boosting salaries, offering more benefits or perks, etc., smart leaders invest in their business by promoting the habit and culture of advancement through learning. And a good coach is a great way to facilitate that in employees.
